I am currently enrolled in the Bachelor in Applied IT, Software Engineering (Level 7) about to move into my final year.

Alongside my study I am continually gaining skills and learning from my position as a Service Desk Agent for Wintec.
As as Service Desk Agent I have regular opportunites to put into practice the skills and theory taken from my study, and have gained insight into what it takes to provide IT Support as part of a larger support team. Working directly with IT Engineers and communicating job details both in person and via Zendesk has been invaluable in both my work and study.
